At RJMoore Apt Finder, we make it easy to find your ideal apartment—and reward you in the process! Here’s how to qualify for your rebate or moving credit:
How to Claim Your Rebate in 3 Easy Steps
- Sign Up First – Register with us before touring any properties to become eligible for our program.
- Mention Us During Tours – When visiting leasing offices, tell them RJMoore Apt Finder referred you and list us on any guest cards you fill out.
- Include Us on Your Lease – Make sure to list RJMoore Apt Finder as your referral source on your lease application and rental agreement. If applying online, select options like “Apartment Locator” or “Locator Service” if our name isn’t shown.
After moving in, submit your lease details within 30 days to receive your rebate:
Rebate Policy & Amounts
Your rent amount determines the rebate or moving credit you qualify for:
- Under $999/month: $50 rebate
- $1,000 to $1,499/month: $100 rebate
- $1,500 or more/month: $200 rebate
Note: Rebates are based on the effective monthly rent after applying any discounts or concessions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Referral Process: RJMoore Apt Finder must be listed on both the guest card and lease application.
- Eligible Properties: You must lease at a property we recommend or list on our website.
- Pre-registration: If the property requires pre-registration, contact us before your visit to ensure eligibility.
- Leaseholder Requirement: Your name must appear on the lease as an occupant.
- One Reward Per Apartment: Only one rebate or moving credit is allowed per apartment lease.
Exclusions
- Leases must be 12 months or longer to qualify for a rebate.
- Transfers within the same property group are not eligible.
- Rebates are not available for tenants returning to a property where they previously lived.
- Rebates must be claimed within 15 days of your lease start date.
