STEP 1: Complete Our Quick Online Form
Get started by filling out a short online form with your search preferences, such as your budget, preferred location, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you need.
Once we receive your information, one of our apartment locators will email you a personalized list of available apartments that match your criteria. The list includes only the options that fit your needs—no irrelevant suggestions. Each listing provides detailed information, including floor plans, photos, pricing, and other essential property details.
STEP 2: List “RJMoore Apt Finder ” on Your Guest Card and Lease Application
After reviewing your tailored list, it’s time to visit the apartments you like! Call ahead to ensure the units you’re interested in are available for your move-in date.
During your tour, the leasing office will ask you to fill out a guest card. On the section that asks, “How did you hear about us?” or “Who referred you?”, be sure to write “RJMoore Apt Finder.”
When you decide on an apartment, you’ll also need to list “RJMoore Apt Finder” as your referral on the lease application. This step is crucial—our service is free because we receive a commission for the referral. If we are not listed on both the guest card and lease application, we won’t receive a commission, and you won’t qualify for your rebate.

STEP 3: Get Your Rebate!
Once your lease is confirmed and we receive the referral payment from the property, you’ll receive a cash rebate within 24 hours!
Important: If you forget to write “RJMoore Apt Finder” on the guest card or lease, the property won’t connect your lease to our service. Without that connection, we can’t collect the commission, and unfortunately, you won’t get your rebate.
